When the beloved Gloria’s Caribbean closed its doors on Nostrand Avenue, the neighborhood didn’t lose the kitchen — it got Gee’s. Opened in December 2021 with familiar faces behind the counter, Gee’s carries the same Trinidadian tradition forward: doubles fried to order, buss up shut torn at the table, and curries that simmer all morning.
